The Private Duty/ Elder Care program at Ambulatory Health Care Services Ltd. features case management to recuperating, chronically ill, disabled and elderly clients. Experienced and dedicated staff will work together with the client and family to develop a personalized plan of care that is most appropriate for the client.  The professional staff in the Private Duty/ Elder Care program at Ambulatory Health Care Services Ltd. consists of Registered Nurses, Certified Nurses Aides, and Homemakers knowledgeable in Geriatric Care.

With a phone call to Ambulatory Health Care Services Ltd. a Registered Nurse will visit you in your home. A full medical, social, family and environmental assessment will be conducted free of charge. A detailed care plan is developed, tailored to the client needs and delivered on an hourly basis.
