THE CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CILA PROGRAM ARE:

• 18 years of age

• Developmentally and mentally challenged

• Demonstrated need for and array of services in 24 hour supervisor living arrangement

To enroll in Ambulatory Health Care Services Ltd. CILA program, the individual or guardian will grant informed consent and actively participate in the development and implementation of the integrated service plan.
