Ambulatory Health Care Services Ltd. Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) is committed to supporting the developmentally and mentally challenged adults, 18 years and older. A holistic approach to the CILA program enhances the lives of clients by increasing their skills to live safely and productively within the community. Through the CILA program, collaborative services are provided that bridges the gap between crisis care in institutions and full community reintegration. The family is an integral part of the CILA program. Clients receive care and education based on their needs and capabilities. 

Ambulatory Health Care Services Ltd. CILA program is licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services and accredited by Joint Commission. The CILA homes are newly renovates and tastefully decorated condominiums on the north side of Chicago.
